唔…啊 手指 出去To support the energy transition, GM&T brings environmentally friendly solutions to ?the clean energy market with hydrogen energy and Bio- Natural Gas for vehicles, refrigerated transport using nitrogen, but also the treatment and injection of biogas into the energy grid.
唔…啊 手指 出去Hydrogen offers a number of benefits for clean transportation. Used in a fuel cell, it combines with oxygen from the air to produce electricity, with water as the only byproduct. Hydrogen does not generate any pollution at the point of use: zero greenhouse gas, zero particle and zero noise. This energy brings a concrete response to the challenges of clean mobility in urban areas and helps to improve air quality.
唔…啊 手指 出去Air Liquide has already designed and installed more than 120 hydrogen stations worldwide, including almost 58 operated by the Group. The stations are located in Europe (France, Denmark, Netherlands, Germany and Belgium), Asia (Japan), North America (United States and Canada), and the Middle East (United Arab Emirates).
Air Liquide also supports the growth of the Paris hydrogen taxi fleet, Hype. This fleet, deployed in late 2015 by the start-up STEP (Société du Taxi électrique Parisien) in partnership with Air Liquide, already counts 100?hydrogen-powered vehicles and plans to deploy a total of 600 by the end of 2020.
Thanks to its membrane technology, Air Liquide has developed an expertise covering the entire value chain, from biogas supply and purification for biomethane production to its final usage by the client with (Natural Gas for Vehicle) or clean multi-energy stations (NGV, bio-NGV, ) or for domestic grid injection.
唔…啊 手指 出去The biomethane value chain contributes to the development of the circular economy, thanks to the association of actors working together locally for the energy transition.
Bio-GNV is a clean and renewable energy that reduces CO2 emissions by 90%, particulates by 85% and noise by up to 50% compared to diesel.
Biomethane is produced from Air Liquide's technologies that make it possible to recover all biogas (organic waste, agricultural waste, sewage sludge, etc) and inject it into the gas network, as well as produce clean fuel for vehicles or renewable hydrogen.
Air Liquide operates nearly 70 biomethane stations in Europe, mainly in France, Sweden, Norway and the United Kingdom, and 12 biomethane production units in the world: Europe, China and the United States. Therefore, Air Liquide is the world leader in the production of biomethane with a capacity of about 90 MW, or 800 GWh per year.
As a player of the deep tech sector, Air Liquide commercializes technologies dedicated to Space, Aerospace and scientific exploration.
Air Liquide has established its reputation in the thanks to its expertise with rocket launchers (ground resources and Ariane launchers), in the design of cryogenic equipment for satellites as well as space exploration (MTG, Herschel, Planck, Melfi, Curiosity, ExoMars, etc.). Air Liquide continues to develop new technologies for the future Ariane 6 launcher or for electric propulsion for satellites and its projects in connection with space exploration, like the generation and storage of energy and life support in a simulated lunar environment.
唔…啊 手指 出去Thanks to its expertise in gas separation and control techniques, Air Liquide contributes to these by designing systems for the generation, storage, and distribution of gases, for both onboard and ground applications.
Expert in cryogenics (extremely low temperatures) and in gas engineering, Air Liquide designs and supplies cold production, liquefaction, and cryogenic fluid storage and distribution systems for laboratories and large scientific equipment.

With this expertise, Air Liquide has developed a refrigeration and liquefaction technology based on the physical principle Turbo-Brayton that allows the re-liquefying natural gas evaporation of LNG tankers transporting Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), in order to avoid any emission of greenhouse gases during transportation.
唔…啊 手指 出去t proposed by Air Liquide, based on this technology, offers the opportunity for shipowners and charterers to improve the energy efficiency of the LNG cargo of their LNG carriers, as well as natural gas powered boats, while meeting regulation of the marine industry on the limitation of the release of greenhouse gases. This technology, first developed for space, can also be adapted to other sectors and for other gases, for example to liquefy biomethane for road transport of goods.
唔…啊 手指 出去Air Liquide also supplies gases for players in of the maritime sector and provides logistics for cryogenic transportation by sea of value added molecules, such as helium.
As world leader within the maritime industry, our multimodal solutions for logistics and cryogenic transportation of high value-added molecules, such as helium, argon, carbon dioxide and liquefied natural gas, provide our customers with service they can rely on.
